Parental visitation rights

One of the most sacred rights of a parent is the right to spend time with your child.  Visitation is a right, not a privilege.

Parents who have the potential to endanger their children may be allowed supervised visits.  Parents who are loving and caring, and will not endanger their children, do not require supervision.

Just remember, children need both parents.  If you are having problems with your former spouse regarding visiting your children, contact an experienced Orange County Family Law attorney who can help you with any and all types of visitation matters.
