Help! I signed my divorce papers almost a month ago and my ex refuses to move out of the house – even though the judge told him to do so.

If your ex-spouse fails to act in accordance with the final divorce orders, you may need to take steps to enforce that order.
This might be difficult, but if you have a court order stating you have exclusive residency, you could call the police and have them remove him. If you don’t want to go to that extreme, you might have to go back to court and file for a violation – get the order in writing.
Another suggestion – file contempt charges against him since he is in violation of a court order. The family court will have the necessary forms for you.
