Man violates his restraining orders

Police have arrested a man accused of violating numerous restraining orders that his neighbors have filed against him.

The man is accused of sitting near the swimming pool in the complex where he resides although the restraining order forbids that. He is also accused of posting offensive and sexually-oriented messages on the Internet about his neighbors.

Last year a judge granted 28 restraining orders against him after his neighbors accused him or harassment by video-taping children, threatening people with his pit buss and peeping into windows.

Apparently, he has lived in several communities because of problems with neighbors.  Police are working to end the harassment and criminal violations that are ongoing for this man.  In 2009 he was arrested for vandalism against one of his neighbors.  He served a year in the Orange County jail.  Last year he was arrested again for violating the restraining orders and sentenced to six months in jail.

If you have a restraining order filed against you and you violate it, this is serious.  You should contact an experienced Orange County Family Law attorney who will work to investigate your case and defend your rights.
