Domestic partners

Are you and your domestic partner calling it quits?  If you and your partner are registered as domestic partners in the State of California, you have certain rights and responsibilities.

The end of your relationship will be dissolved in court – the same way as a typical marital divorce action is resolved.  All issues normally addressed include property division, debt division, spousal support, child custody and support, and parenting plans.

If you are a same-sex couple who has not registered with the State, you can still create rights and obligations.

If you and your partner have decided to end your relationship, contact a compassionate Orange County Divorce attorney who is knowledgeable and experienced in domestic partnerships and will assist you with all of your family issues.
