Order of protection

You deserve to feel safe and protected.

Has your relationship become violent?  Do you think you need an Order for Protection?  An Order of Protection can:

·     Order the defendant to stay away from your home

·     Order the defendant from committing any violent acts

·     Order the defendant from contacting you in any way, harassing you

·     Order supervised visits, if necessary

If you are living in an abusive relationship and need an Order for Protection but do not know how to go about getting one, contact an experienced Orange County Family Law attorney who will be able to advise you of your rights and guide you through the legal process to protect yourself and your children.
